This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by you (“User”) and the AI Master platform (“we,” “us,” or “our company”).

By accessing or using the services provided by the AI Master website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please cease using the AI Master platform immediately.

Personal Account: A user dashboard created after registration and acceptance of this Agreement.

User: Any individual or legal entity who meets the applicable legal requirements, completes the registration process, and agrees to this Agreement.
Deposits and Withdrawals: Transactions involving the transfer of funds from a user’s personal account to another account, or vice versa.

Updates to Terms

AI Master reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified via their registered email address, and the updated terms will be published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into this Agreement.

Prohibited Use

You confirm that you are not listed on any trade or economic sanctions list (e.g., the United Nations Security Council sanctions list).

This Agreement is legally binding and may not be waived in violation of applicable local laws or regulations.

Description of Services

Users may register, open accounts, deposit assets, and request withdrawals, subject to the relevant terms and conditions of the platform.

Users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with the volatility of cryptocurrency.

AI Master will never request that funds be transferred to personal wallets, nor will it ask for passwords.

Please beware of false promotional messages or requests for sensitive information that are not issued through official channels. We will never initiate emails requesting transactions or personal data unless you have first contacted us.

AI Master is not responsible for losses resulting from fraud or scams beyond our control.

Registration and Account Requirements

Users must register by providing accurate personal information (including real name, email, and password) and must accept this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or close any account at our sole discretion.

User Identity Verification

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML), anti-fraud, and counter-terrorism financing laws, AI Master requires users to undergo identity verification.

Users must ensure that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date. Failure to update information after being notified may result in liability for any resulting losses.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and personal information.

If you detect any unauthorized use or security breach, please notify us immediately.

AI Master bears no liability for any loss resulting from your failure to secure your account.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights are owned by AI Master and its licensors.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Comply with all applicable laws and platform rules,
Avoid tax evasion or unlawful charges,
Use the platform respectfully and not disrupt its normal operation.

Users are responsible for compensating AI Master for any claims resulting from breaches of this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

AI Master shall not be liable for:

Unauthorized data tampering,
Loss of business profits or goodwill,
Unauthorized use of accounts,
Any indirect or consequential damages.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Master, its employees, affiliates, and agents from any third-party claims arising from misuse or violations of this Agreement.

Termination

AI Master reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of violating terms or applicable laws and may retain transaction data as legally required.

Funds may be frozen or used to cover fees incurred from such violations.

Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy is an integral part of this Agreement and may be updated as necessary. Users will be notified of changes via their registered email.

Disclaimer

By accepting this Agreement, users acknowledge the associated risks and agree that AI Master is not responsible for any errors, losses, or inaccurate information arising from the use of the services.
